Why I stopped building for consumers

Consumer marketing got views and almost no customers. Regulated professionals have the same need, a real budget, and a date it is needed by.

Trust is the growth ceiling for AI agents

Our first users connected their inboxes because they knew the founder. That does not scale. A record the buyer can check has to replace familiarity.

Inside the boundary: what it takes to run Super Intelligence on a disconnected network

Running models on a network with no path to the internet means owning the hardware, blocking outbound traffic, and keeping accreditation with the program.

Screening what enters the boundary: hidden models in files and firmware

Vendor updates, firmware images, and third-party components can carry ML models nobody declared. A practical guide to screening them before they cross into a program's network.

I have built the same system three times

Sensors on a shared record, then a policy engine, then agents on a tamper-evident record. What each generation taught, and why the third one matters.

AI that trains people and proves it

In most training programs the instructor is the bottleneck. Sonara puts an instructor in the workflow and keeps a record of what each person can actually do.

Why AI in a program office needs a record

When an agent drafts the first pass, the program still owns the result. A record of who asked, what the agent produced, and who approved it makes that ownership provable.

AI for title companies: where an agent helps and where it waits

Title work is coordination under deadline. An AI agent can run the document chase and the status updates, if every step is approved and on the record.

AI for financial advisors and accountants: the audit trail question

Advisors and accountants can hand real work to an AI agent. The question an examiner or a client will ask is simple: can you show what it did?

AI agents for small law firms: five questions to ask first

A small law firm can use an AI agent for real work. The test is whether you can show a client or the bar what it did. Five questions to ask a vendor.

AI agents for government contractors: what to ask before you start

A small government contractor can hand the business around the contract to an AI agent. Draw the line first, keep approvals on, and keep a record you can show.

Your AI agent sent an email at 1 AM. Do you know why?

Guardian exists because I used to learn about agent mistakes from customer texts. Supervision has to happen while the agent can still be stopped.

Privacy, transparency, intelligence: why trust infrastructure needs all three

The AI industry argues as if the only option is to trust the lab. There is a third path: prove what the machine did without exposing what it saw.

Why SAIN is building the trust infrastructure for AI

AI agents now act on your behalf, and almost nobody can prove what they did. Privacy, transparency, and intelligence in one stack is how that gets fixed.

You Can Ban a Model. A Panel of Models Keeps Working.

A published benchmark shows a panel of models, judged and combined, beating each of its members. Why that matters for anyone whose list of allowed models can change.

The AI assistant factory: many assistants, one trust engine

Most of the industry is racing to build the one assistant for everyone. We built Aura to make many: each shaped to its desk, all on the same trust engine.

Anchor'd, explained: a tamper-evident record for AI work

When anything can be generated, a file stops being its own evidence. How Anchor'd keeps a tamper-evident record of every action, approval, and draft, and what it does and does not claim.

Sentinel, explained: what it finds, what it reports, and its limits

Most security tooling cannot see the AI inside your software. Sentinel inspects binaries, firmware, and systems directly, finds embedded models, and reports what it found. What that means in practice, and where the limits are.

Why Anchor'd Matters: Proof in the Age of Generated Everything

When anything can be generated, a record that shows its own changes becomes essential. Why Anchor'd keeps every AI action, approval, and draft tamper-evident, and where to start.

Sentinel: Finding the AI Nobody Told You About

Software ships with embedded AI models nobody declared. Sentinel finds them inside binaries, firmware, and systems. Why the problem exists and how we approach it.

The Aura Story: Why We Built an AI Assistant You Can Actually Trust

SAIN started on a harder problem: proving what software did. Aura is that discipline applied to the assistant everyone wants, the agent that does the work in iMessage.
