SAIN Enclave cost = the machine, installation included, plus your own running costs every month, plus Managed Care for each month after the first 90 days if you choose it. Running costs are charged per machine. Enclave 03, including its Managed Care, is quoted after a sizing call; for planning, the calculator assumes one machine per 15 staff (at least 3) priced like Enclave 02, and labels the result an estimate. SAIN OS software cost = setup plus the monthly fee for the full platform or for each module you pick, plus any hosting you run yourself. The machine is assumed to stay in service for the whole horizon.
The baseline is doing the work by hand. Rented SI would also return time, so the rented line compares price only; the difference it cannot show is custody of the files. What is SAIN Enclave?

What does a pre-order commit me to?
Nothing yet. A pre-order reserves a build slot and starts a sizing conversation. We confirm the configuration, the price, and a delivery date with you, and nothing is final until you sign an order form. No payment is taken on this website.
What happens after the first 90 days?
Launch Care covers the first 90 days. After that, Managed Care is optional, from $3,500 to $5,000 a month depending on the size of the deployment. It covers support, software updates, and model refreshes, delivered on a schedule your IT team approves. Without it, your IT team runs the machine using the documented handoff.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Each machine ships with outbound traffic blocked and is built to run in facilities with no internet connection at all. Updates are delivered on a schedule your IT team approves.
Can it run in controlled or disconnected environments?
It is designed for them. Accreditation and authorization stay with your program and your security officer, and we support that process with documentation. SAIN is pursuing CMMC Level 2.
What if we already run our own servers or a government cloud tenant?
SAIN OS is also available as software on infrastructure you already operate. Use the SAIN OS tab in the calculator to compare, and choose the software option on the pre-order form.
Does the SI make decisions for my staff?
No. It does the first pass: the reading, searching, summarizing, and first draft. Your staff review every answer, and final judgment stays with the professionals responsible for the work.
